Ingredients

  • 170 g of spaghetti

  • 4 medium sized cooked beets

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • Olive oil

  • 1/2 lemon

  • Salt, pepper

  • 1 nice burrata

  • 2 tsp pumpkin seeds

Preparation

Step 1


Cook the spaghetti for the time indicated on the bag for al dente cooking. Meanwhile, mash the beets with a fork.


Step 2


In a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, brown the finely chopped garlic cloves. Add the beets, zest and juice of half a lemon and season with salt and pepper.



Step 3


Pour in a ladle of cooking water to smooth the sauce a little and add the drained spaghetti. Mix well.


Step 4


Serve on plates with half a burrata and pumpkin seeds.
